2012 will be a big year for the mispon (Celebrating Indigenous Filmmaking) non-profit organization. This will the fourth Indigenous Film Festival hosted by mispon. Four is a sacred and significant number and we plan on honoring all of the hardwork, commitment and creativity that has went into mispon.
We are hosting a number of screenings this December 2012 culminating in a screening and round dance and feast on Saturday, December 22nd, 2012. We would like to do something special at 12 Midnight to recognize one of the main themes to our shared filmfest: “A New Begginning”.
